I want to encourage you all to start thinking about your health in a different way. You will see a lot of things being posted about fruits and veggies. Learning how to cook your vegetables different ways will give you new creative ideas; it will encourage you to eat more of them. Most of the time we are not getting enough veggies in our diet. So many people tell me that they hate veggies.
Also, I will share things about living a vegetarian lifestyle (books, links, apps and more) for those that are trying to transition. It's fun! I love it!
